FOREIGNERS ARE TO BLAME FOR ONE IN FIVE OF UK’S MURDERS

FOREIGNERS are responsible for one out of five murders, shocking figures show.

The findings highlight the failure to deport criminals who have served sentences for lesser crimes and who then go on to kill.

Of 461 people convicted of, or charged with, murder in the 12 months before April last year, 96 were foreign. They came from 28 different countries.

Backbench Tory MP David Davies said last night: “These extraordinary figures demonstrate the failure of the Government’s immigration policy, which has seen all sorts of undesirable characters being able to get into this country and use the Human Rights Act to escape deportation.”

The figures also demonstrate the extent to which foreign gangs are operating here.

Scotland Yard said half the crime gangs in London were from ethnic minorities.

The most common nationalities for foreign killers were Pakistani, Indian and Jamaican. The increasing number of foreign killers is also increasing the financial burden on the taxpayer.

The average murder investigation costs police and courts £1.5million but an overseas connection means significant extra spending on translators and travel.

Sir Andrew Green, director of the think-tank Migrationwatch, said: “This underlines the importance of removing foreign prisoners at the end of their sentence lest they go on to commit still more serious offences.”

All 43 police forces in England and Wales were asked, under Freedom of Information laws, for nationalities of offenders and victims for all homicides in 2007.

Twenty-five provided figures. The picture is incomplete because some murders are unsolved and some forces excluded cases awaiting trial. However, the figures cover more than half of the 755 murders. They also show foreigners are more likely to become victims.

The most publicised cases include Slovak Michal Pech who shot ex-lover Clare Bernal at Harvey Nichols store in London in 2005.

Roberto Malasi, an 18-year-old Angolan asylum-seeker shot dead a woman in Peckham, south London, and stabbed an 18-year-old girl two weeks later. He is now serving a life sentence. And Somali asylum seeker Yusuf Jamain was in the gang that shot dead PC Sharon Beshenivsky in Bradford in 2005.

Are we supposed to be shocked, or surprised,
Because the much put upon British have known this for years, Perhaps the politicians are so out of touch with reality,they really didnt know,
But then again, when you dont travel on public transport, or walk the streets unprotected, the only thing they probably worry about, are keeping the true figures from the general public.
Does anyone believe there's a remote possibility we might get our country back. to something like it was before this lousy government came to power.

Havent THE NEW LABOUR INCOMPETENCE PARTY really done us proud eh by letting all and sundry through our borders ?

They have killed off the Great in Gt Britain, saddled us with THE HUMAN (criminals) RIGHTS ACT which prevents us from deporting undesirables, ALLOWED THE INSIDIOUS PC BRIGADE TO FLOURISH AND ENCROACH INTO THE VERY FABRIC OF OUR SOCIETY.

Britain is done for unless we can get rid of New Labour for good.

Any benefits that this country may have gained from the hard working immigrants that have been let in pales into insignificance when comparisons are drawn with the scuim that are let in and all the negatives we get from that lot .
