United's celebrations are believed to have gone on well into the night

MANCHESTER United were not giving anything away when asked about what happened during their Champions League celebrations in Moscow last night.

Boss Sir Alex Ferguson claimed that he “can’t remember” when asked to explain the finer details of last night’s post-match party.

And the only player willing to talk to the media was defender Patrice Evra who admitted that he is teetotal anyway and didn’t celebrate too much because he is set to link up with France ahead of this summer’s European Championships.

He said:  “I can’t believe it. It’s unbelievable.”

“But we deserve to be champions because we played well, we have a great atmosphere in the dressing room.”

“It was good, I didn’t really party a lot because after tomorrow I need to go with the national team. I don’t drink alcohol anyway.”
