A dead ringer for bald Star Trek actor PATRICK STEWART.

The My Best Friend’s Wedding star is sporting a shaven bonce – it’s not clear whether this is due to a “skull” wig or for real – for her latest film role in My Sister’s Keeper.

In it, Cameron, 35, plays the mother of a daughter struck down by leukaemia. She shaves her own head to show solidarity with her sick child, who has lost her own hair due to treatment for the disease.
