Tonight, the four winning dishes will be served to celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal (pictured) and his guests, also culinary experts, in the stunning restaurant at the top of the so-called Gherkin building in London.

The four-course menu recreated by the winning chefs for the special banquet includes BLT in a glass, salmon three ways and Dexter beef with ox cheek and marrow bone.

For dessert there is burnt English cream with marinated strawberries and honeycomb.
