SUCKING UP TO BUSH AND THE US INSULTS OUR TROOPS

Tuesday June 17,2008

LABOUR'S announcement that more British troops are to be sent to Afghanistan was intended to curry favour with visiting US President George W Bush.

Judged on that basis alone it worked. Mr Bush uttered some suitably appreciative words about how Gordon Brown was “strong” on Afghanistan and Iraq.

But the sight of these two deeply flawed characters standing together only served to emphasise how badly the troops of both nations have been let down.

It is obvious that the Prime Minister is stretching the British Army too thinly by expecting it to fight on two fronts. The Iraq adventure was not only a disaster in its own right but also a terrible diversion from the mission in Afghanistan.

As its instigator, President Bush bears primary responsibility for the collapse of a broad-based coalition against terror and for the recovery of the Taliban.

He is the last person the British public wishes to have dictating foreign policy and the spectacle of Mr Brown jumping through hoops to please him is highly objectionable.

The Prime Minister is now so weak that he will even go out of his way to kow tow to an American President reviled across the world and shortly to leave office.

The sad reality is that Mr Brown is leaving our forces in limbo. They will not know what the long-term strategy is in either Afghanistan or Iraq until a new US President has been elected and decides it for them.

LABOUR SUCKERS AND OLD HAS-BEEN

17.06.08, 9:23pm

The sight of Brown and Bush cosying up on T.V. made me reach for the sick bag.The sycophantic Brown - or should that be sickophantastic? - and a man who has caused so many deaths acting like old pals is not a picture likely to galvanise our troops into patriotic feelings of justification. We seem to be going through a period of futility, of an awareness of coming doom and of wasted chances. It's like the forces of corruption and stupidity have grabbed the reigns, and no-one knows where we stand, or where we are going. It's almost like a confidence limbo. We have lost trust in the leaders we know should never have been given power, and the rest seem to lack the great qualities we need. Let's just hope that fate brings the right men at the right time to bring back that old "feel good" factor.

BUSH'S COME UPPANCE MAY BE ON THE WAY....

17.06.08, 5:49pm

The ICH has reported.....

http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article20074.htm

http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article20103.htm

The US obviously means to occupy Iraq in the very long term. Iraq is now an occupied territory.

And.....

http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article20104.htm

Iraq does not wish to enter into the "security Treaty" offered by the US. Despite the fact that the US has blackmailed the Iraqis that Iraqs currency reserves held in the "Fed" will be frozen. The reason is that the treaty is very very alike to the disgusting treaty offered to the Serbs by Nato and the US before the bombing campaign. This is overt bullying and blackmail and coercion on the level of high government(sounds a bit like the EU does it not?).

But....

http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article20097.htm

Another setback for the tyrannical Bush administration..(take note gordon browm)..

http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article20087.htm

Bush might be about to experience a little difficulty as many do not want to renew membership of his fan club.

and now we come to New Labour. The heart of darkness in this fair land. Shall we look and see what The British Government has been up to, for those who missed dispatches.

http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article20091.htm

Gordon Brown is the head of a rogue government that is out of control, just as the "Elites" (i use that term advisedly) of the EU are out of control. The actions of the UK government become more and more alike to "alice in the looking glass" as new labour pursue their war against ordinary British people. We need more honest men in positions which make it difficult to dismiss their voices. I do not believe the whole political establishment has been criminalised and subverted by Blair and Brown and Miliband and company; Mr David Davis has taught me that. So come on. Speak up. Mr Field?.....

Anyone?....

this country deserves so much better than Mad McBroon. Here.....a last little link about our liberal left masters of the straight jacket....

Just when you thought it was safe to vote labour..........
