Fry plays Norfolk solicitor Peter Kingdom, whose professionalism and compassion have made him a pillar of the community in picture-postcard Market Shipborough.

Despite the high esteem in which local people hold him, Peter’s life is clouded by the disappearance of his brother and business partner Simon.

Tonight, two cases land on Peter’s desk – and he is called to the police station to collect Simon’s belongings.
