MISERY: Innocent Britons could fall victim to yob violence

Wednesday June 25,2008

TODAY The Daily Express reported the shocking story of the former soldier arrested on suspicion of kidnap after making a citizen's arrest on a yob terrorising his home.

Frank McCourt, 57, endured a three-month legal ordeal while the yob and his gang went unpunished for hurling stones, sticks, mud and eggs at his house as his wife Maria cowered inside.

He called a police hotline – but was kept on hold for 45 minutes. He went out to look for a police officer on the beat – but found none.

Last night outraged campaigners attacked the British legal system for persecuting the innocent while yobs are allowed to run rampant.

*** IS THIS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF HOW BRITISH JUSTICE HAS GONE TO THE DOGS?

HAS DECEIT, LIES, CORRUPTION AND ABUSE OF POSITION BECOME A BRITISH THING?

14.07.08, 9:27am

How can you get thugs and yobs to stop their anger and violence when we see such abuse of position and corruption at the very top of our society and how those at the top are protected when they commit offences?

We must clean up from the TOP down and not the other way around.

HOW CAN THERE BE JUSTICE WHEN THE LAW PROTECTS THOSE WHO HAVE DONE FOUL DEEDS?

14.07.08, 9:23am

How can there be Justice when the Police and Judiciary are bent on protecting those who have commited crimes and are even told to cover-up all sorts of foul deeds if those at the top are involved in any way?

How can Respect or trust in the Police and Judiciary exist in such a corrupt climate where abuse of position is rampant and the MP's themsleves are ripping us off, whilst the Police is ordered to cover things up and statistics are fiddled so that the public can be fooled into thinking things are not as bad as they really are?

Has DECEIT become a BRIISH thing?

NO JUSTICE FOR THE VICTIMS OF CRIME.

11.07.08, 8:56pm

Of course there hasn't been for years now. The victims have no rights and the criminals all the rights. If you cannot lock up these thugs, then maybe a law should be made that anyone, whether male or female who commits a crime, instead of giving them money and community servce so they can commit crimes again, lets nip it in the bud. Enlist them in the military service and boot camp. They have no responsibilty and take what is not theirs, now it is pay back time. Lets get them off the streets after the first crime and I am sure when they have finished their service to their country, thay might think twice of committing a crime. But that is my opinion. But then again I am sure the Human Rights fanatics will have something to say about that as well.

IS BRITISH JUSTICE FAILING THE VICTIMS OF CRIME ?

06.07.08, 11:04am

Its Tony BLiars Insidious "Criminals (Human) Rights Act" t that is ultimately responsible.

The only real winners under this act are ther Criminals AND OF COURSE THE LEGAL PROFESSION ( BLIARS KIN AND BARRISTER CRONIES) who make £millions out of the Taxpayer for fighting cases using any pretext that they can under the Act.

The rest of us ? Forget it we dont seem to have any rights whatsoever !
