Daltrey calls on talented writers

The WHO rocker ROGER DALTREY is giving undiscovered songwriters the opportunity to help him pen his next solo album.

The singer wants to work on an LP while he is waiting for The Who bandmate Pete Townshend to write their next album - and he is throwing the door open to aspiring lyricists.

Daltrey says, "(I have) one more really good (solo) album in me.

"I feel there must be an enormous amount of really talented songwriters out there who can't sing. So, please, send me your songs."
