It’s a performance that seems to have come naturally to the 63-year-old British actress, left, since her Oscar-winning role as The Queen.

So it was fitting that she was joined in New York for the opening night of the Metropolitan Opera’s 125th anniversary season on Monday by modelling royalty Christie Brinkley.

Christie, 54, had every reason to be smiling – after her fourth divorce, earlier this year, the Uptown Girl moved even further upmarket, gaining 18 houses and three yachts in the settlement.
