She will be unveiled as the organisation's new frontwoman on Thursday (25Sep08).

Yum! owns restaurant chains Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC.

As ambassador, Carey will appear in posters in more than 36,000 stores in over 112 countries.

Carey wants fans to donate money and download her song Love Story at FromHungerToHope.com - 25 cents from every download will go to the foundation.
