Style guru Susannah Constantine – never reluctant to show off her assets – demonstrates the structural engineering of her undergarments to a patient at the Princess Alice Hospice in Surrey.

She and Undress The Nation co-presenter Trinny Woodall, 44, were at the Esher centre for a Look Good, Feel Great makeover day.

During a conversation about bras, Susannah, 46, could not resist the urge to unbutton her dress and expose what could well be the most frequently flashed bosom on television.

But at least she stopped there. Last week at a live show in Dublin, the presenter demonstrated the benefits of large control pants by hitching up her skirt.
