Emma just loves babies
ACADEMY-award and double Oscar-winning actress Emma Thompson may have scaled many heights in her career but she declares that giving birth is undoubtedly her greatest achievement to date.
The 49-year-old who went through IVF treatment to have her daughter Gaia, nine, with second husband Greg Wise when she was 40, believes that motherhood outweighs all of her acting success.
The former wife of actor/ director Kenneth Branagh says her biggest accomplishment in life was: “giving birth without painkillers”; her happiest moment was: “just after giving birth without painkillers”.
And her biggest regret?
“Not having been able to have more children,” she tells Easy Living magazine.
