FOOTBALLHEARTS WHEELS STILL TURNING INSISTS BERRA
BERRA: Room for improvement Monday October 6,2008 By Scott BurnsCHRISTOPHE BERRA has insisted the wheels haven’t come off at Hearts and they can get back on track with a derby win against Hibs.
The Jambos crashed to their consecutive defeat as they lost their first SPL match of the season at Tynecastle against Kilmarnock at the weekend. [>
The alarm bells are ringing but their captain does not believe they are in crisis and they are more than capable of bouncing back with victory at Easter Road. [>
Berra said: “Last week (against Dundee United) we didn’t perform the best but this week was a different performance. [>
“We have to learn from our mistakes. We can’t keep saying we are unlucky. [>
“There is a lot of room for improvement and the manager knows that. [>
[> “We have to stand up and be men. We have to take this defeat on the chin and learn from it. [>
“How many times have we shown our character over the last couple of seasons with everything that has gone on. [>
“I don’t think any of the boys have shied from it. We will be up for the challenge. [>
“There is no better to get back on track than to go to Easter Road and get a victory. [>
“It will be very difficult. It always is there but we’ve had a few decent results over the last couple of seasons.” [>
