Crowe's so sober
RUSSELL Crowe is cutting down on his drinking in a bid to curb his notorious temper.
But the movie bad boy hasn’t stopped boozing completely.
“I’ve given up drinking quite a few things,” reveals the 44-year-old Oscar-winning Gladiator star.
“Some things I don’t drink any more as me and that product don’t see eye to eye at certain times. But tequila and I are still good friends, and vodka and I still get on. It’s just the dark drinks that don’t seem to bring out the best of my personality.”
Crowe has been involved in a number of bust-ups in recent years which have given him a reputation for having a volatile temper.
