DRAMA: WIRED

Bank employee Louise Evans (Jodie Whittaker) is up to her neck in trouble after accepting £10,000 to help fraudster Phillip Manningham (Laurence Fox) and his nasty sidekick, Manesh, steal millions from ZBG Banking in an internet scam.

After the apparent suicide of Louise’s colleague and friend, Anna, she turns to Crawford Hill for comfort, but their friendship is questioned when she discovers he works for the police and he knows all about her involvement with the fraudsters.

Meanwhile, Manningham is under intense pressure from Manesh and tries to get more information out of Louise.

When he is warned by a ZBG informer that she has gone to the police, Louise is hijacked from work and finds herself in mortal danger.
