Annie Lennox offspring in the limelight
DESPITE a blip last summer when Annie Lennox’s oldest daughter – 17-year-old Lola – found herself in the midst of a MySpace party from hell at her father’s house, the singer’s children usually avoid the limelight.
While other rock offspring wobble out of nightclubs in the small hours, the Lennox girls – Tali, 15, and Lola – are rarely seen out on the town.
But the stylish sisters – whose father is Annie’s ex-husband, Israeli film-maker Uri Fruchtmann – made an exception for the preview of the latest Comme Des Garcons collection for H&M at the chain’s Regent Street store.
Lola hit the headlines when details of a party she was planning at her dad’s north London home were leaked on the internet and the house was trashed.
A guest at the H&M do says: “The girls looked very glam. Tali was wearing a rather cheeky jumper with a naked fairy on it. They’re obviously into their fashion and couldn’t wait to sneak a peek at the collection.”
