LOUDMOUTH politician Robert Kilroy-Silk became the first person to be booted off I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! last night.
The former chat show host lost out in the public vote and was kicked out of the celebrity jungle after just 12 days.
He said: “I pleaded with the viewers for another night, just one more night, but they wouldn’t give it to me.”
The independent MEP for East Midlands sparked controversy amongst his colleagues when he signed up to the ITV show.
Labour MEP Glenis Willmott told the BBC: "We are in serious times and people expect their politicians to do a job of work, and you can't do that if you are in the jungle, covered in cockroaches, eating kangaroos' testicles, and swimming with crocodiles.
OUT OF FAVOUR: The former chat show host proved to be unpopular with the voting public
"I think it is an absolute disgrace."
Meanwhile Esther Rantzen won immunity from the public vote in the final Bush Battle - by telling fairytales to creepy crawlies while lying in an underground coffin.
The ChildLine founder and former journalist beat tennis legend Martina Navratilova, glamour model Nicola McLean and former police chief Brian Paddick.
Faces fell when the celebrities were told they’d be spending the night buried alive, with the winner exempt from the public vote.
I pleaded with the viewers for another night, just one more night, but they wouldn’t give it to me.

As they were locked into their coffins, McLean called: “I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here” within seconds.
Rangers poured cockroaches into the coffins - and Rantzen started reciting Cinderella.
This put off Paddick, who said he was trying to visualise himself in Ibiza - without Rantzen.
Navratilova soon decided she had had enough and with just Paddick remaining as her competition, Rantzen told the cockroaches off for crawling in her bra.
Paddick was next to quit, leaving Rantzen victorious.

It' a shame Kilroy had to go, they will definitely
eat less now, since he got more stars than anyone else, it could be kilroy's past reputation,
but i feel that it's a fix by ITV. a suggestion_
maybe the BBC could get rid of ross and
re-instate kilroy, at least he would'nt be effing
and jeffing

I did enjoy the Devil's Whore last night, For one thing it meant I missed this and I intend to go on missing it until it's over.
