EACH night this week the seven chefs who have made it to the finals with their mouthwatering creations have been cooking their entire menus again for judges Matthew Fort, Prue Leith and Oliver Peyton (left).

They are competing for the chance to prepare a four-course dinner at the restaurant at the top of The Gherkin in London for chef Heston Blumenthal and his guests.

Tonight, Peyton, Leith and Fort will be mulling over the best from each course but a viewers’ vote will ultimately decide the final outcome of this year’s competition and who the winning chefs will be.
