STARS JOIN CRUSADE ON CANCER

MUSICIANS from the realms of rock and pop are set to make rock ‘n roll history by forming a once in a lifetime supergroup to raise money for charity.


The RD Crusaders will be lead by the legendary Steve Harley of Cockney Rebel, singing sensation Lulu and chart-topping Peter Andre.
 
Joining them on stage will be guitarist Steven Townshend of The Who, Robert Hart of Bed Company, Russ Ballard of Argent and Rick Willis of Foreigner and Bad Company.

Completing this unbelievable line up will be Richard Desmond, chairman of Express Newspapers, and mulit-instrumentalist Steve Smith, plus full backing band.
 
The illustrious group of artists will be performing at The London international Music Show for Teenage Cancer Trust, the charity devoted to helping teenagers and young adults fight cancer.

Showing their support for the cause will be other celebrities from the world of music, including Radio One DJ Colin Murray, Jason Bonham from Led Zeppelin, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ drummer Chad Smith, Courtney Pine and the internationally acclaimed guitarist Joe Satriani.
