With a sizeable budget of £600,000, Nancy and Nick are on the hunt for a spacious family home in Exeter, Devon, complete with a granny annex for a demanding mother-in-law.
Meanwhile, Debbie and Al and their three children also want somewhere bigger in the Exeter area, and Al has spied a derelict barn he quite likes the look of.
