She had problems with one of its kettles. But as it was a gift from a relative, she did not have a receipt.
The Manchester-based firm ran some tests and found it was the hard water in Patricia's area, Bexleyheath, Kent, that was preventing the kettle from boiling. "They sent me an explanation and a new kettle, " said a delighted Patricia. |
