Coronation Street fans are growing increasingly concerned for Lauren Bolton as the teen continues to be missing from the cobbles.

Coronation Street viewers think they’ve worked out who Lauren Bolton’s (Played by Cait Fitton) mystery man is and he’s been in Weatherfield the whole time. Currently, the teen is feared to be dead by the authorities following her sudden disappearance.
Over the past few months, fans of the ITV soap knew Lauren was seeing a mystery older man who was taking care of her financial struggles. Although when she tried to cut things off, the person in question didn’t want to take no for an answer.
The authorities are currently looking at Roy Cropper (David Neilson) and Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard). However, viewers are convinced the man they need to be questioning is Tracy Barlow’s (Kate Ford) new boyfriend Tommy Orpington (Matt Milburn)
Fans have been airing their suspicions over the former footballer, with many certain he has something to do with Lauren. @RyanSoapKing23 commented: “I wonder if Tommy is Lauren's secret boyfriend?”.
With @terrettcorey asking: “Is Lauren in Tommy's van? Is Leanne's cult friend involved?” @Ralph_Hapschatt commented: “I don't like Tommy Flaming Orpington. Does he have an alibi? He could have killed Lauren. #Corrie.”
@DebsGlynm tweeted: “I think Tommy the footballer is Lauren’s secret boyfriend. Something dodgy about him…”

Tommy made his return to Weatherfield around the same time Lauren’s storyline began around Christmas time.

Eagle-eyed viewers spotted Lauren wearing a Weatherfield County FC jacket a while ago, which was the football team Tommy used to play for.
On Valentine’s Day, she also received a huge bouquet of flowers from the mystery man, which Tommy could’ve got after spending a lot of time at the florist with Tracy when their romance ramped up.
With Tommy’s current job being a painter and decorator, his tools and equipment would’ve been a help when trying to hide and cover up any evidence of foul play.
This week, viewers saw Tracy learn her new beau is moving to Spain after accepting a job aboard.
As Lauren’s case is heating up with arrests starting to be made, could Tommy O be making a quick exit from Weatherfield before the spotlight falls on him?
Touching on the danger Lauren could find herself in, soap star Cait Fitton teased the storyline is“exciting” when speaking to The Mirror.
She commented: “Corrie always does an amazing job smashing all their serious storylines, so all I can say is stay tuned. Lauren lacks a lot of self-confidence and self-love, which is why she's doing a lot of what she's doing.”
Coronation Street continues Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV from 8pm.
