Collymore told the Mirror: “I said a couple of months ago that Marko Arnautovic didn't have a personality you could rely on and one or two West Ham fans got upset with me.
“But, actually, it's not what he has been doing on the pitch that has backed me up, it's the fact that when he does do it on the pitch, he feels he deserves better than the Hammers.
“It's looking a lot like the Dimitri Payet situation to me.”
Arnautovic is on £100,000-a-week but he is miffed that Samir Nasri could be on similar wages if he signs, according to a club insider.

The striker’s agent - who is also his brother - thinks he should be paid far more with Javier Hernandez and Felipe Anderson’s wages also a sticking point.
Respected insider @ExWHUemployee, speaking on Love Sport Radio, said: “The bottom line is he sees the fact that Nasri has been talked about as an £80,000 to £100,000-a-week player and he hasn’t played for over a year or so.
“Then you’ve got Hernandez on £145,000-a-week and Anderson on £150,000-a-week.
“It’s more his brother than him, I think he was quite surprised by the comments.
