Man Utd open Philippe Coutinho 'TALKS': Barcelona star could move, Chelsea also keen
MANCHESTER UNITED have opened talks over a deal for Barcelona star Philippe Coutinho, it’s claimed.

The Brazil international has struggled to shine at the Nou Camp after quitting Liverpool last January.
Coutinho, 26, has netted five goals and chipped in with four assists in all competitions under Ernesto Valverde this time out.

And according to Caught Offside, United have sensationally enquired about Coutinho’s availability.
They say the Red Devils have opened talks in hope of beating Chelsea, Manchester City and PSG to the playmaker.

It remains to be seen whether Coutinho will leave La Liga, however, United want to be first in line if the ex-Liverpool star chooses to do so.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been vocal on the club’s January transfer plans, with the United boss insisting he will have a chat with executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward over targets.
“The club’s probably had a plan,” Solskjaer said.
“You don’t just plan the next day or the next month.
