Manchester United are being linked with Griezmann, despite the Atletico Madrid star looking likelier to join Barcelona.
It has been claimed the Red Devils are still hoping to persuade the World Cup winner to move to Old Trafford, two years after a move first fell through.
Manchester United have reportedly told Griezmann that, if he joins Barcelona, he may struggle for game time. Particularly if Neymar heads back to the Nou Camp from PSG.
But there’s a hitch. Even if the France international was obtainable this summer, he’s not what Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants.

He’s more than that, too. He’s the face of United, the first person on their advertising lists and his face can be seen everywhere on the club’s website.
Woodward would seek a marquee replacement. Somebody to still ensure United set pulses racing.
Griezmann would definitely fit the bill. He’s decorated, a World Cup winner and Europa League champion. He’s a standout name in the world of football.
But he’s not a Solskjaer player. This is where United need to get it right.
Their identity on the pitch, and off it too. What do they want to be? Can they agree on that? It's something only time will tell.
