‘Never left Pornhub so fast’ Juventus fans react to Matthijs de Ligt signing
JUVENTUS have confirmed the signing of Matthijs de Ligt from Ajax for around £68m, and fans are delighted with the transfer, even claiming that they “never left Pornhub so fast”.
The deal cost £67.5m, and the Dutchman signed a five-year deal with The Old Lady.
The actual fee will be paid across five years, with additional costs of up to £9m.
Juventus fans have responded gleefully to news of the announcement, as new manager Maurizio Sarri strengthens his chances of winning next season’s Champions League.
Barcelona were blown out of the water by PSG’s wage offers, but it was Juventus that eventually landed the defender.

De Ligt was crucial in Ajax’s Champions League success last season, making it to the semi-final.
He made his debut for the club in 2016, and was made their youngest ever captain in March last year.
The centre-back actually scored the goal that knocked Juventus out of the Champions League last year, before they were eventually knocked out themselves by Tottenham.
De Ligt was also called up to the Netherlands squad for the first time in March 2017, and has since been given 17 caps.
