Man United: Rashford and Gomes show off skills in training
Manchester United boss Solskjaer saw Rashford and Martial enjoy a flying start to the new Premier League season against Chelsea last weekend.
Rashford scored a brace against the Blues with Martial also on target in an emphatic 4-0 victory at Old Trafford.
Solskjaer rates both Manchester United players highly and, now, The Sun claim the Norwegian has given them extra training sessions in order to help the duo develop their understanding.
And he’s reportedly told the pair they can become his own version of Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke.

That would mean Rashford being shunted on the left.
And Martial has admitted he is relishing the chance to be United’s talisman, revealing Solskjaer’s trust in him is vital.
"Now that I've taken the number nine shirt back once again, all he (Solskjaer) has said to me is that I have a lot of responsibility and that I have to score goals, so that's what I'm trying to do," Martial told the United App.
"We work on that a lot in training and I think it's improving all the time.
“Since I was a young kid, I‘ve always played as a striker but, then again, I’m fine with playing more out wide as it’s a position that I enjoy playing.
"It’s a real pleasure to find myself back in that more central role so I hope I can really help the team from there and go on to score plenty of goals.”
United may find themselves even more reliant on Rashford and Martial for goals this season.
The club have lost Romelu Lukaku to Serie A giants Inter Milan.
And Alexis Sanchez could be about to follow the Belgium international to the San Siro.
Sanchez is wanted by Inter boss Antonio Conte, who is keen to dethrone Juventus as Serie A champions next term.
