The club, who are just six points away from winning a fifth English championship, will face some of Europe's biggest clubs on their pre-season tour.
Having already announced their intentions to play in the USA and Australia, the club have now revealed their fixture schedule.
It will pit them against New York Red Bulls in late July before a clash with PSG in North Carolina and Barcelona in Washington.
The Blues will then fly back to London for a home tie against Italian side Fiorentina.
Chelsea Chairman Bruce Buck said: "I’m pleased we are able to announce our fixtures for what promises to be an exciting summer.
"As promised, we face some excellent opposition across several iconic venues in the United States and to top it off we are delighted to be hosting Fiorentina at Stamford Bridge in front of our loyal fans.
"The tour allows us to prepare fully for the 2015/16 campaign, and I am also pleased to confirm we will be continuing the important work of the Chelsea Foundation during the trip."
