The Reds saw their Champions League hopes left in tatters after a 1-0 defeat away to Hull last night.
Brendan Rodgers' men are now seven points behind fourth-placed Manchester United with just four games remaining.
And Henderson insists Liverpool can't mope around feeling sorry for themselves.
We've just got to keep going. Obviously everybody is disappointed with the game
Jordan Henderson
"We've just got to keep going. Obviously everybody is disappointed with the game," Henderson told the club's official website.
"We've just got to move on as quickly as possible to the next game, which is QPR at home and hopefully just try to win every game from now until the end of the season and see where we are.
"We've got to keep working. We've got a great bunch of lads who will be very disappointed after tonight. But we've got to go again.

Jordan Henderson says Liverpool can't give up
"We've got to lift ourselves because we know at the weekend QPR will be right up for it. It will be a difficult game.
"But we set high expectations of ourselves and we expect to be winning games like this.
"The next game is important so we'll need to make sure we bounce back."
