And Spanish publication Don Balon suggest Louis van Gaal has already contacted Ibrahimovic's representatives over a possible deal.

It is thought United will table a £57m bid for Ibrahimovic's services, although it is thought PSG will want £73m for the Swede.

Liverpool could reportedly see Jordan Rossiter leave the club.

The 18-year-old only made his Premier League debut for the Reds earlier this season and has been spoken of in the same breath as Steven Gerrard.

However, according to the Sunday People, Rossiter's contract at the end of the season.

It is thought several of Europe's top clubs are monitoring his situation.

Jordan Rossiter is a wanted man

Campbell, who scored in the 3-0 win over Swansea on Saturday, has spent loan spells in France, Spain and Greece in recent seasons.

But Wenger believes his faith in Campbell will be vindicated.

"I think he wanted to go [in the summer] because he didn’t play, which you can understand and as well because he didn’t play at all,” Wenger told the club's official website.

"In our job, all you can do is be ready and when you get your chance, take it and I think he did.

“When he came back he was on the waiting list and finally he got the chance and I’m very happy for him."
