This beautiful luxurious hotel has been named "the best in the world," according to travellers - and it is surprisingly cheap. 

Hotel Colline de France, in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, has taken the top spot for The Travelers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best title. 

The hotel has five stars with 4,260 reviews on Tripadvisor. 

It is famed for its enchanting and cosy atmosphere, providing a personalised service that radiates French sophistication.

Hotel Colline de France is located near the mountain town of Gramado. 

Its 34 suites boast an exclusive design with carefully crafted furniture, intricately painted details in gold or silver hues, and rooms that are subtly perfumed with a bespoke fragrance.

Amenities are supplied by the esteemed brand L'Occitane, while the bath and bed linens by the renowned brand Trussardi are made from sumptuous Egyptian cotton.
