PRINCESS ANNE was spotted travelling on public transports in the capital, a member of the Transport for London (TfL) staff claimed.

Princess Anne, the Queen’s only daughter, is known to be one of the hardest-working members of the Royal Family. And she appears to be ready to leave behind her the comfort of a private car to get on time to an event in busy central London.
The Princess Royal is said to have been spotted by an eagle-eyed member of the TfL staff in mid-February.
Just before she was due to take part in a London Fashion Week event near St Paul’s Cathedral, the royal entered the Tube at Green Park, the station closest to her official residence in London, St James’s Palace, the Daily Mail wrote.
Despite being with her security staff, the Princess Royal managed to fly under the radar of most commuters and tourists, according to the TfL worker who spotted her.
He told the Daily Mail: “She came through with another older woman and her security.
“We weren’t expecting any royalty.
“Hardly anybody seemed to notice them.”
Princess Anne is said to have been spotted in the London Underground on February 18.
On that day, Princess Anne first headed to St Etheldreda’s Church to present the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design on behalf of the monarch, the Court Circular shows.

The Tube’s closest stations to this venue are both on the central line - Chancery Lane and St Paul’s.
Later on the same day, Princess Anne attended the Euromoney Wealth Management Awards Dinner at Guildhall.
The Princess Royal is the patron of hundreds of organisations and, despite being 69, still carries out every year more engagements than any other younger royal.
In 2019, Anne was the second-hardest working member of her family, following her brother Prince Charles.
Out of the total 3,567 engagements undertaken by all the working members of the Royal Family, the Prince of Wales attended 521 events.
Princess Anne came in second with 506 engagements, followed by her youngest brother Prince Edward, who attended 308 events.
The Queen, aged 93, came in fourth, having carried out 295 official engagements in 2019.
The Princess Royal’s commitment to her patronages was acknowledged and celebrated earlier this year, when Anne was awarded by the University of Aberdeen a honorary degree of Doctor of Laws.
Princess Anne received the award in front of 400 guess, including university alumni, staff, students, industry leaders and supporters of the institution and the royals.
Among them, there was a special guest - Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, who is the Chancellor of the university.
During the solemn ceremony, the Duchess of Cornwall, known as Duchess of Rothesay in Scotland, took a cheeky swipe at any possible talk of female rivalry.
The Chancellor and Duchess said: “Now, ladies and gentlemen, we shall have no talk of rivalry today.”
During the ceremony, Princess Anne was praised as follows: “The Princess Royal has made a simply outstanding contribution to public life and sport for more than four decades and much of her work relates to education and charities based in Scotland.”
