In a clip, shared with his 284,000 followers on Thursday (5 October), the Strictly star could be seen bouncing around a studio to La Roux’s 2009 track In for the Kill.

In the video, he went barefoot and opted to wear a tight-fitting T-shirt and a pair of dark boxer shorts.

His partner was also seen having fun in muted tones - opting to wear a long-sleeved cropped top and a pair of matching cycling shorts for the occasion.
