Jake Paul has confirmed that he has agreed to fight Tommy Fury in a bout in Manchester or London in February after the two had a confrontation in Dubai following Fury's fight this past weekend. Fury fought on the undercard of Floyd Mayweather's fight with KSI's brother Deji. Fury was forced to fight in an exhibition bout after missing weight - although he denies that and claims both fighters were told to come in at different weights.

During Fury's fight, Paul had grabbed the microphone and was shouting derogatory terms at his rival. Afterwards, Fury grabbed the microphone and challenged Paul to get in the ring, before John Fury took his top off and tried to attack Paul, being held back by security. And with their rivarly now back in full swing, Paul has now seemingly agreed to a fight.

Paul tweeted: "Dear Frank Warren, I agree to fight Tommy in Manchester or London in Feb. I’ll come to his country, no more running. His baby is due then & you’ve said it’s no issue. Since John is adamant we’ve agreed, I am giving u 7 days to present a signed contract by Tommy or I’m moving on."

Paul's promotion team has since confirmed that contracts have been sent to Frank Warren's Queensberry Promotions for a fight in February and has stated the terms of the bout. They said in a tweet: "John Fury has asked for February. Jake Paul has agreed. All that is needed now is for Frank Warren to get Tommy Fury to sign. MVP is paying Jake Paul and Frank Warren is paying Tommy Fury."

Paul has attempted to make two fights with Fury over the past two years, both falling through after being announced. In 2021, Fury was forced to pull out of a fight with Paul just weeks before they were due to face one another after breaking a rib and suffering with a chest infection. Paul instead fought Tyron Woodley for a second time, winning by way of knockout.

Months later, the two agreed a fight once again, but Fury was unable to acquire an ESTA to fly to the United States, with the bout scrapped.

And with Paul seemingly aware that a fight in the United States is highly unlikely, the 25-year-old has agreed to come to the UK to face Fury on his terms.

Both fighters remain undefeated in their career, having continued to call each other out after their fights, with Paul wearing a Union Jack outfit on his way to the ring before his win over Woodley.

Paul's training partner Anthony Taylor, who previously fought and lost to Fury, is set to fight Roman Fury, Tommy's younger brother.
