Since departing Chelsea in 2015, Hazard has made 96 appearances for Monchengladbach, scoring 27 times.
He struggled to make the grade for Chelsea, and never appeared for the first team.
However, since departing, he has gone on to move up through the ranks of the Belgian national team, and was part of the 2018 World Cup squad.
Hazard's heroics for club and country this year have led many to believe he could be picked up by a bigger team before too long.

Whilst Liverpool may be interested, they may lose out to Klopp's old side, Borussia Dortmund.
The German powerhouse is apparently plotting a deal to bring the star across the country as they look to extend their lead at the top of the Bundesliga.
And they could be in a better position than Liverpool to make a deal, according to Football.London.
Chelsea are reportedly close to agreeing a deal for Dortmund star Christian Pulisic, which could have a knock-on effect for Hazard.

Thorgan Hazard is wanted by Dortmund and Liverpool, according to reports (Image: GETTY)
Hazard, younger brother of Chelsea's Eden, is the German club’s top target to replace Pulisic if he leaves, and Chelsea have the opportunity to bring him back from Monchengladbach, reports German publication BILD.
It is not impossible that Chelsea bring Hazard back to the club in order to use him as part of a deal for Pulisic.
BILD reports that Chelsea have a buyback clause for Hazard, but can only activate it in the summer of 2019.
