Manchester United saw Bruno Fernandes steal the show during Saturday’s 5-1 drubbing of Leeds. The Portugal international registered his first hat-trick for the Red Devils, blitzing Marco Bielsa’s side in the process. However, the club’s Twitter account was involved in a blunder after the match.

Fernandes oozed class and, after experiencing heartache with Portugal at Euro 2020, now appears primed to play a starring role for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side going forward.
Yet United’s Twitter account, rather amusingly, was involved in a blunder regarding the 25-year-old after the match.
Out of Context United pointed this out on social media, bringing the mistake to light.
After United’s win, the club posted images of Fernandes and Pogba - including both players’ Twitter handles at the same time.
Except, they actually got the wrong Fernandes - tagging somebody named Barbara in the post instead.
United have since then it down but fans reacted hilariously to the incident, with one saying: “Lmao fr Barbara is the best midfielder in the league.”
A second said: “Barbara x PP, the Prem ain't ready.”
And third added: “It won't be 14 followers for long!”
The actual Fernandes Twitter account goes by @B_Fernandes8, with the other account lacking the number in her username.
So United are unlikely to make the same mistake going forward, especially with the other Fernandes likely to now be inundated with new followers.
While the Portugal star stole the show, however, he decided to gush over Pogba after the full time whistle.
“Amazing,” he said of Pogba to MUTV.

“He’s doing really well and he’s such a big player.
“Everybody knows that and I hope he can keep getting better and better. I think he can still do so much more.
“I’m pretty sure Paul could do five or six [assists] in one game! Paul is a quality player; we all trust him, we all know his qualities.
“The point is making those performances and to help the team do better and I’m pretty sure Paul is here to do that.’”
Solskjaer, meanwhile, was a delighted figure.

“This is Man United, this is the real Man United, this is how I sold Man United to Edinson (Cavani) for example, that you can't leave after one season with no fans," he said.
"It was electric, absolutely magic. It does mean a lot for the players. This atmosphere gives you the extra edge and energy.
"You can't replicate that from a team-talk. When you run down that end and you score four goals like we did second half, it's just the best feeling in the world.
"There's always the next game, but this is a great start.
"This is, for me, the way I want to see my team play, not just because it is Leeds. I want to see them running going forward, taking risks, and we looked fit - some of these players have not played more than 45 minutes."
