Hazard hopes to end the season on a high for the Stamford Bridge faithful[GETTY]
The Blues saw their slight title hopes come to an end on Wednesday when leaders Manchester City beat Aston Villa 4-0.
The Londoners could still overtake Liverpool for a second-place finish, should they win and the Reds lose, but won't drop below third due to their superior goal difference over Arsenal.
And Hazard hopes to end on a high when they face Cardiff before preparing for his World Cup bid with Belgium in the summer.
Hazard not a team player - Mourinho
We want to win for our fans and we want to end the season on a good note
Eden Hazard
"It's the last game at home for them and they will want to win it for their fans," he said.
"For us it's the same. We want to win for our fans and we want to end the season on a good note.
"I want to finish the season with three points with Chelsea and then I can start thinking about the World Cup."
