Often referred to as the younger brother of Eden, the Belgian youngster has failed to make a single first-team appearance for Jose Mourinho's side.
But has spent two reasonably successful seasons on-loan in his home country with Belgian outfit Zulte Waregem.

It is believed that Hazard will only join Monchengladbach on a temporary basis, with Chelsea chiefs keen to retain the 21-year-old's services.
Monchengladbach's director of sport, Max Eberl has confirmed the deal in an interview with the German media.
He said: "We were always going to make an attacking signing, no matter what the situation is with Luuk de Jong and Peniel Mlapa, and this will be Thorgan Hazard.
"We have exchanged contracts with Chelsea and we have agreed with Thorgan, we have all agreed and now just need to sign the contracts."
