TRANSFER NEWS: Arsenal and Chelsea on Gotze alert, Campbell's revelation, Rojo fury
ARSENAL and Chelsea are both monitoring Mario Gotze's situation at Bayern Munich, while Joel Campbell was dreaming of a move to AC Milan or Roma this summer. Meanwhile, Sporting Lisbon are furious with Doyen Sports group for their role in Marcos Rojo's move to Manchester United.
The transfer window has officially closed but there is still plenty of fall-out from all the last-minute deals that went through - and those that didn't...
Arsenal and Chelsea are both keeping a close eye on Mario Gotze.
The 22-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premier League in the past, and has iterated his desire to play abroad one day.
He said: "A foreign country would also be tempting for someone of my personality, but I have not given it serious thought yet."
Joel Campbell's agent revealed his client wanted top move to AC Milan or Roma in the transfer window.
Fiorentina were thought to have been the only club to make an offer.
"Joel really likes Milan and Roma, so he wanted a call from either of those two clubs," his agent Joaquim Bata said.
Sporting Lisbon are frustrated with the way Marcos Rojo's move to Manchester United was conducted.
One fan even begged him not to come back to Old Trafford.
