EXPRESS SPORT brings you all the latest transfer news coming from Anfield.
Marco Reus expected to remain at Borussia Dortmund this summer
According to Sky Sport Italia, Wolfsburg have had a £21.3million bid rejected for Napoli forward Dries Mertens.
The Serie A giants reportedly have no desire to sell the Belgium international, which will also come as a blow to fellow suitors Liverpool and Inter Milan.
Meanwhile, Reds defender Tiago Ilori insists he has no desire to go out on loan again this season as he sets his sights on Brendan Rodgers' first-team.
The 22-year-old, who cost £7m, said: "I joined Liverpool two seasons ago to play for Liverpool, that is my number one objective so I'm going to do everything to make that happen."
