Wayne Bridge on why Chelsea have been so good this season
Chelsea have the best academy in the country and this was demonstrated last month when they won the FA Youth Cup for the sixth time in ten years.
But despite the talent at their disposal, Chelsea have struggled to integrate the young players into the first-team and owner Roman Abramovich is known to be unhappy.
And John Terry remains their most successful academy product, making his debut in 1998.
The likes of Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Nathan Ake, Nathaniel Chalobah and Ola Aina have appeared this season but have been used sparingly by Conte.
And according to Yahoo Sport, the Chelsea boss has clashed with the board over the promotion of players into the senior team.

It is claimed Conte wants full control of the youth development.
And the dispute has led to question marks over a new deal for Conte.
It is reported Conte wanted to bring in his own appointment to the youth team but it was rejected by Chelsea.
