Harry Styles loves to make fruit references in his songs, but he also loves a good vegetable.
The mega pop-rockstar shared that he loves brussels sprouts and cooks the cruciferous vegetable in a variety of ways, whether sautéed with garlic and oil or "in a curry." To celebrate his 30th birthday today, you can crank up his tunes and whip up his delicious go-to brussel sprouts recipe.
The As It Was singer got his start in 2010 as at 16-years-old when the Worcestershire boy was discovered by Simon Cowell on The X Factor who put him a band with four other mates. The boyband, One Direction, rose to the heights of stardom comparable to The Beatles, with a similarly devout female fanbase.
In 2015, the band announced it was going on an indefinite hiatus, with lead vocal Harry going on to release his first solo self-titled album in 2017. He has since released three studio albums, which have earned high accolades, as well as work with major music icons such as Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks.
The singer-songwriter has also starred in major movie theater films, including his then-girlfriend's Olivia Wilde's Don't Worry Darling, where he starred as the lead alongside industry icon Florence Pugh, Dunkirk and My Policeman.
Here's a look at his unusual recipe.
