Meghan Markle may aim to fly straight to Nigeria while Prince Harry is in the UK for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, raising questions about her choice of transport for the visit.

Talk TV host, Mike Graham, questioned how Meghan aims to fly straight to Nigeria and bypass the UK: "I don't see how you can fly all the way from California in one hop to Nigeria, you just can't do it..."

He posed the question: "Will she be flying commercial, long haul? Because you can't take a private jet to Nigeria, can you?" To which royal podcast host, Kinsey Schofield added: "What Meghan wants, Meghan gets!"

Meanwhile, Prince Harry will make a "significant effort" to see King Charles when he visits the UK, despite claims the monarch will be busy. Speaking to Talk TV, Kinsey Schofield said the move would benefit the Duke and Duchess of Sussex: "I do think he’s going to make a significant effort to see King Charles not only because of the King’s health issues but Harry and Meghan monetise their relationship with the British Royal Family."

Prince Harry will attend a service of thanksgiving on May 8, and is returning for the first time since his rushed visit to see King Charles in February after his cancer diagnosis was announced, which was a whistle-stop, 25-hour, visit to London.

Ms Schofield added: "It’s very important they continue to remind the world and especially Americans that they have that connection because that is truly how they make their money over here."

The Duke is expected to provide a reading at the event, which marks a decade since the inaugural Invictus Games in London in 2014.

Meghan Markle will not be joining her husband back in Britain but they are both headed to Nigeria, Africa, in May, to participate in a range of cultural activities and meet with service personnel. The planned Nigeria visit suggests Prince Harry may not remain in the UK for long.

The King was first spotted in the tie in back January 2023, when he visited Norbrook Community Centre and Bolton Town Hall to mark 100 years of Kelloggs, both in Greater Manchester.

The daring accessory is thought to have been a Christmas gift from one of his grandchildren, with dinosaur-mad Prince Louis, being the likely suspect.

Princess Kate fans unhappy at demand by Prince Harry's Army friend: 'Leave her alone!'

JJ Chalmers has faced some backlash after he spoke about Princess Kate's recent cancer diagnosis and the video she posted on social media.

Speaking to the MailOnline's Richard Eden, Mr Chalmers said: "I was a similar age to [Prince] George when my mum was diagnosed with cancer for the first time, so I know how it feels as a kid."

Speaking of his mum's and his aunt's diagnoses, he added: "Thankfully, my mum made it, but my auntie didn't."

Discussing Princess Kate, he then urged her to use her "influence" and raise awareness about cancer. Suggesting that her emotional video last month has a "silver lining", he added: "She and her family will be able to make the world a slightly better place."

One fan then hit out on X: "Who is he to demand anything from Catherine?!? She is a free woman and she will do it when and if she wants. She doesn’t need anyone’s opinion about it!"

Kate has requested privacy for her and her family as they deal with the news.

King Charles sends clear message to Prince Harry and Meghan over reconciliation hopes

A royal expert has claimed that King Charles has sent a clear message to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle over their possible hopes for a royal reconciliation.

Harry will be back in the UK briefly next month for the tenth anniversary celebration service for the Invictus Games, although Meghan will not be joining him.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told The Sun: "The King has always kept the door open to Harry, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he would invariably get a warm reception.

"It will take its time. But clearly the situation has changed in recent weeks beyond all expectations. I don't think it would be too difficult, it depends how you define reconcile. I think there's a long way to go before Harry is bringing over Meghan and the children."

Invictus Games have become 'too much about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle' slams expert

The Invictus Games have become more about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle rather than praising the veteran athletes involved, an expert has said.

Angela Levin claimed the games had been "taken away from the original idea" adding that the veterans involved are "regretful" that the royal is no longer "on their wave".

But despite her criticisms, Levin said the games had been one of Harry's "great achievements" but added they have become "imperilled" in recent years.

King Charles 'too busy' to meet Prince Harry in UK in days as reconciliation hopes dashed

King Charles's return to public duty has sparked hope among the nation amid his cancer treatment recovery. But optimism may not be as strong for a rekindlement with Prince Harry, who is due to arrive back in Britain next week.

King Charles wants to ride his horse at Trooping the Colour, says insider

King Charles is planning to “lead from the front” at this year’s Trooping the Colour, as long as it’s “with the agreement of royal doctors,” reports The Daily Beast.

Trooping the Coulour, also known as the King’s Birthday Parade, is in honour of the sovereign.

Charles’s actual birthday is on November 14, but there is a tradition put in place to celebrate the reigning monarch’s birthday in June, to take advantage of the warm weather, and so the public can take part in the celebration.

It was already confirmed that Charles planned to attend the event, but at that time, it was made known he would not be on horseback for fear of injury, but it appears there’s been a change of heart.

Princess Kate once received an incredible £121k gift from Prince William

The set consists of a long gold necklace featuring the five Olympic rings as diamond-studded hoops and matching earrings, which Kate has worn on many occasions since.

Diamond expert at UK retailer Steven Stone estimated the eye-watering combined worth of the necklace and earrings, also seen at a reception in New York in 2016.

Prince Harry has strong familial ties to a big event coming up in May

Prince Harry will be in the UK next month, May 8, to host the Invictus Games 10-Year Anniversary reception at St Paul’s Cathedral in London, which is also where his parents were married.

Newsweek’s James Crawford-Smith says: “The location of the service holds particularly personal associations for Harry, as it was at St Paul's Cathedral over four decades ago that his parents, King Charles III and Princess Diana were married, on July 29, 1981.”

In his book Spare, Harry talked about how certain places can trigger memories, for example Westminster Abbey, because that's where Prince Diana's funeral was held.
