Unai Emery: Arsenal sack manager as Ljungberg takes charge
Arsenal chiefs reportedly decided to sack Unai Emery before the defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League. Emery was sacked on Friday morning, just hours after seeing his side be beaten 2-1 at the Emirates by the Bundesliga outfit.

Former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour, though, wants Patrick Vieira to be given a chance.
Before the sacking, Parlour said: “I don’t think he (Emery) will be there on Sunday. They really have to make that big decision.
“Edu and those who are making that big decision have got to ask ‘Has he lost the dressing room?’
“I have always said Patrick Vieira. I would take a chance with him.
“Of course it is a gamble, it is a massive gamble but every manager is a gamble.

Vieira is currently in charge on Ligue 1 outfit Nice and has been heavily linked with taking over at David Beckham’s newly-formed MLS side Inter Miami.
Arsenal face Norwich in the Premier League on Sunday.
